Expression of Interests in sealed cover are hereby invited
from the empanelled Chartered Accountants upto 3-30 p.m. on 09-10-2015 (except
holidays) quoting therein the rate inclusive of all applicable charges per year
in connection with audit of books & accounts of Development Unit, World
Bank Aided Rubber Project, Tripura for the financial year 2013-2014 to
2015-2016. The said sealed cover will be opened at 4 p.m. on 09-10-2015 in
presence of the quotationers, if possible otherwise it will be open in next
working day.
Receipts & payment statements pertaining to General
Account and Alternative Financing Arrangement Scheme of Development Unit, World
Bank Aided Rubber Project, Tripura will be produced at the time of audit.
Necessary information, if any in this regard may be collected
from the office of the undersigned.
The audited accounts in 3 (three) sets shall have to be
submitted within the stipulated time to be communicated to the successful quotationer.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any
quotation even the lowest quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
