  1. Hello,

I have a query regarding DIN.

We want to have DIN for foreign director. He is in India since last 11 years. He do not have any residence in the country of citizenship. So for him there is no permanent residence in country of origin. since last 11 year he is in India and have no residential address anywhere outside India.

What to do in such case because he cant provide any document for residential proof outside India, which is resulting that we are not able to get DIN for him.
