I am trying to upload the first quarter return of 2016-17. I have generated the .txt file using the new format. However, when I try to upload the .txt file, I get the following error: “Dealer is also registered for ACT: CST, Kindly include it in the filing.” I don’t do any CST transactions and all my purchases and sales are within state. Can you tell me what could be the issue and how to resolve it?
