NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FROM THE ELIGIBLE CHARTERED
ACCOUNTANT / PROPRIETORSHIP FIRMS of CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FOR VALUATION OF
SHARE OF A COMPANY
HUDCO, Regional Office —NCR invites offer from eligible
Chartered Accountant / Proprietorship firms of Chartered Accountants for
empanelment of the CA / Proprietorship firms for valuation of share of a
company: –
(i) SCOPE OF WORK:
Valuation of shares of Company by way of market value of
fixed assets of the Company (Shrishti Urban Infrastructure Development Ltd.,
Delhi (SUIDL)
(ii) ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA:
(a) The CA/Proprietorship firm should be from Delhi.
(b)
The CA/Proprietorship firm must have at least
three years of experience in handling work of valuation of share of companies.
(c) The valuation work of the company is to be done
by the qualified partner / CA, who has successfully completed the Certificate
Course on Valuation of Companies conducted by The Institute of Chartered
Accountants India & has at least three years of experience in this field.
(iii) SELECTION
PROCEDURE:
The selection of the firm will be
done in two stages:
(a) Firms will be short listed on
the basis of technical bid.
(b) After short listing of the
firms, financial bid will be opened from the short listed firms on the basis of technical bid.
NOTE:
1. Prospective
bidders are advised to submit their Bids in two sealed envelopes separately
placed in each envelop. The first envelop titled “Technical Bid” in
the prescribed format (copy enclosed at ANNEXURE-I) in sealed cover, and the
second envelop titled “Financial Bid” shall contain your quotation in
the prescribed format (copy enclosed at ANNXURE-I1).
2. It may be submitted in Tender Box No.2 available at HUDCO
Regional Office —NCR, 5th Floor, HUDCO House, Lodhi Road, New Delhi –110 003.
3. For this
assignment HUDCO Regional Office-NCR shall pay maximum amount of Rs.10,000/-
(excluding tax).
4. The last date and time for submission of Bids is 28/12/2015
by 1700 hrs. The Technical Bid will be opened on 29/12/2015 at 1100 hrs. The
representatives of bidders can participate in tender opening, if so desired.
5. Financial bid would be opened on 30/12/2015 at 1100 hrs
only for those bidders who have submitted all the documents as per requirement
of Technical Bid.
6. HUDCO reserves the right to cancel the tender /
quotations at any stage without assigning any reason. 7. In case, any formation
/ clarification is required in respect of tender, he/she may visit HUDCO
Regional Office — NCR, 5th Floor, HUDCO House, Lodhi Road, New Delhi — 110 003,
during working days between 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM.
8. The quotation received late will not be considered. HUDCO
Regional Office, NCR will not be responsible for any postal delay.
9. After appointment, in case the services of the CA firm
are not satisfactory, then HUDCO can terminate the appointment without
assigning any reason.
