EXPRESSION OF INTEREST<\/strong><\/p>\n

Expression of interest (EOI) is invited from Chartered
\nAccountant Firms, Cost Accountant Firms or firm providing financial\/cost
\nanalysis solutions having experience of the cost analysis for analyzing the
\ncost of various test, operations\/procedures which are performed in the
\nInstitute. The work will be done within a period of 6 month. <\/p>\n

PGIMER, Chandigarh is an autonomous body under the Ministry
\nof Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Its main aim is to provide
\nmedical facilities, education and research. It provides medical facilities to
\nthe patients from Punjab, Haryana, HP, J&K, UK and UP etc. <\/p>\n

In a year the Institute performs almost 75000 operations,
\nwhereas the OPD attendance is 22.00 lacs appox. The bed strength of the
\nInstitute is 2000 beds appox. <\/p>\n

SCOPE OF WORK <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cost analysis of <\/p>\n

– per test cost of various laboratory\/diagnostic services <\/p>\n

– various operations\/ procedures services <\/p>\n

– per OPD consultation <\/p>\n

– cost per bed <\/p>\n

The scope of work includes the collection of the primary
\ndata. Cost analysis of the secondary sources, apportionment of the same in the
\nprimary fields and then measure the final cost per test\/procedure\/operation. In
\nthe Institute more than 500 type of Tests\/ Procedures\/operations has to be
\nperformed. The detail of which is available on the PGIMER, Chandigarh web site

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The bidder should be a firm of Chartered Accountants or
\nCost Accountants or firm providing financial\/cost analysis solutions. <\/p>\n

2. The firm should have an experience of atleast 10 years in
\nthe cost analysis type of work\/solutions. <\/p>\n

3. The minimum turnover of a firm should be Rs. 1.50 crores
\n(Rupees One crore fifty lac only) per year for the last three years. <\/p>\n

4. The firm should have done atleast three projects costing
\nabove Rs.25.00 lacs for cost analysis in the last two years. 5. The firm should
\nnot be blacklisted by the Government of India or any state governments. <\/p>\n

GENERAL CONDITIONS: <\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The bidder shall not sublet, transfer or assign the
\nservices to any other firm or person. <\/p>\n

2. The bidder should give a power point presentation to the
\ncommittee constituted by the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh for the similar
\nprojects. <\/p>\n

3. The Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh reserves the right to
\naccept or reject any Expression of Interest (EOI). <\/p>\n

The expression of interest (EOI) should be submitted in the
\noffice of Financial Adviser, PGI in a sealed cover and should be addressed to
\nthe Director, PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh on or before 4.30 P.M. on
\n06.11.2015 (Friday) and will be opened in the presence of interested bidders.<\/p>\n
