Notice :Inviting
\nExpression of Interest for engagement of Chartered Accountant for conducting
\nAudit <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Quotations are hereby invited in sealed envelope from
\nbonafied Chartered Accountant Firms for audit of NSAP & NFBS funds for the
\nyear 2015-16 (upto September, 2015). <\/p>\n

The following conditions should have to be followed:-<\/p>\n

1. Rates inclusive all items (including all taxes) must be
\nquoted (both in figures & words) in sealed envelope superscripted with the
\nname and complete address (including contact no & mail ID) of the Firm. No
\nextra charges like conveyance, TA etc. Will be paid. <\/p>\n

2. Audit will be made for the District Head Quarter and 29
\nPanchayat Samiti Offices under the district of Paschim Medinipur. The venue of
\nthe Audit will be at office of the District Panchayats & Rural Dev.
\nOfficer, Paschim Medinipur for District Head Quarter and at concerned Panchayat
\nSamiti Offices. <\/p>\n

3. The Firm should be in a position to complete the work
\nwithin 15(fifteen) days from the issue of the work order and submit the
\nrequired report in prescribed format (Annex-A) to the office of the District
\nPanchayats & Rural Dev. Officer, Paschim Medinipur within S (five) days. <\/p>\n

4. The interested Chartered Accountant Firms should be
\nregistered with the Government as required under the law for carrying out
\nbusiness and should have the experience of working of such type of audit works
\nin Government organization during last five years. The copy of registration and
\ncredential certificate should be submitted alongwith quotation.<\/p>\n

 5. Sealed Quotations
\nalongwith documentary evidences must reach this office on or before 07\/12\/2015
\nupto 02.00 p.m. addressed to the District Panchayats & Rural Dev. Officer,
\nPaschim Medinipur. The quotation papers will be opened on the same day i.e, on
\n07\/12\/2015 at 03.00 p.m. at the office chamber of District Panchayats &
\nRural Dev. Officer, Paschim Medinipur in presence of the authorized
\nrepresentative of the intending CA Firms. <\/p>\n

6. Offers received after due date and time will not be
\nconsidered. <\/p>\n

7. Submission of Quotation: If quotations are submitted by
\nhand, then sealed envelope must indicate Memo No. & date of opening of
\nQuotation and shall be deposited in the DROP BOX provided for the purpose at
\nthe office of the District Panchayats & Rural Dev. Officer, Paschim Medinipur.
\nIf the Quotation is sent by post, the same must be sent in double covers \u2014
\ninside cover should have Memo No. & date of opening and properly sealed
\nwhile outer Cover should only bear address of this office without mentioning
\nMemo No. & date of opening. TELEGRAPHIC\/FAXED\/MAILED QUOTATIONS SHALL NOT
\nBE ACCEPTED. <\/p>\n

8. Only one representative of each CA Firm shall be allowed
\nto remain present at the time of opening of quotations. <\/p>\n

9. The District Authority reserves the right to engage more
\nthan one Firms to cause the audit at the lowest rate, if it seems that lowest
\nbidder is not in a position to complete the job within the stipulated time. <\/p>\n

10. The Firms shall be responsible to complete the job
\nwithin stipulated time period. In case of any negligence, proper & pecuniary
\naction shall be taken against the agency. <\/p>\n

11. The District Authority reserves the right to accept any
\nBid, and to annual the Quotation process at any time prior to award of contract
\nor reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof and without
\nthereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any
\nobligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders about the ground of
\nactions. <\/p>\n

12. If the firm needs any additional information and
\nclarification apart from information in Quotation notice, he may seek the same
\nfrom the District Panchayats & Rural Dev. Officer, Paschim Medinipur. <\/p>\n

13. All documents enclosed with the Quotation should duly be
\nsigned by the Authorized person with the seal of the firm on each and all pages
\nare serially page numbered. <\/p>\n
