\nWithdrawal of Duty Free Import Authorisation (DFIA) Scheme for import of raw
\nSugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
S.O.(E) In exercise of the
\npowers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development &
\nRegulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade
\nPolicy, 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby amends the following
\nprovisions of FTP 2015-20 :<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The following sub para (c) is inserted
\nin Para 4.25 of FTP 2015-20<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201c(c) Duty Free Import Authorisation Scheme
\nshall not be available for import of raw sugar.\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
2. Effect of this Notification:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Import
\nof \u201craw sugar\u201d under Duty Free Import Authorisation (DFIA) scheme is withdrawn
\nwith immediate effect.<\/p>\n
