S.O. (E) In exercise of
\nthe powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development &
\nRegulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade
\nPolicy, 2009-14, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes, with
\nimmediate effect, the following amendments in respect of Sl. No. 200, 201 &
\n202 of Chapter 52 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export &
\nImport Items:-<\/p>\n
