S.O. 210(E).\u2014 In exercise of the
\npowers conferred by clause (viii) of sub-section (2) of section 80C of the
\nIncome-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the
\n\u2018Sukanya Samriddhi Account\u2019 for the purposes of the said clause. <\/p>\n

2. This notification shall come
\ninto force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official
\nGazette.<\/p>\n
