\n  <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n CS Atul Hasmukhrai Mehta, President, The ICSI<\/strong><\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n CS Atul Hasmukhrai Mehta is B.Com, BGL \nand a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n CS Mehta started his practice as \nfounder of Mehta and Mehta in the 1996 and has been in the industry ever since. \nInitially, he has served the industry for 6 years as Company Secretary ,in \nvarious industries. Along with Secretarial Department, he also headed various \ndepartments like, Legal, Compliance, HR .<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n Thereafter, he laid his pioneering \nstep in the area of consultancy and practice and set up the firm Mehta & \nMehta . Since, past 16 years, he is practicing as company secretary , partner \nMehta & Mehta.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n He was also Chairman of ICSI \u2013 CCGRT \n(2011-2014). He was the Chairman of Western India Regional Council (WIRC of \nICSI) in 2009. He was Central Council Member for the 11th<\/sup> Council of \nthe ICSI. Mr. Atul Mehta, is actively associated with Western India Regional \nCouncil (WIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the \nactivities of the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of \nIndia. He is regular faculty member for Seminars, study circle and several \ntraining programs of ICSI. He is also speaker at seminars organized by other \ninstitutions like IMC, SME Chambers etc.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n CS Mamta Binani, Vice President, The ICSI<\/strong><\/p>\n  CS Mamta Binani has been elected as \nVice- President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the year \n2015 w.e.f. 19th<\/sup> January, 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n She is a Commerce graduate and a \nFellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ms. Binani has \nbeen a meritorious student throughout her education career. She was an All \nIndia Topper in the Intermediate Examinations of The Institute of Company \nSecretaries of India, amongst all the Lady Candidates in India and had ranked \n14th on an All India Basis. In the Final Examinations, she stood all India \nfirst in the subject \u201cCompany Law\u201d. She is practising as a Company Secretary \nfor over 15 years now.<\/o:p><\/p>\n  <\/p>\n Ms. Binani is a facilitator for some \nvery prestigious programmes conducted by the Professional Institutes of India. \nShe is a regular and acclaimed speaker in the professional forums on subjects \nof academic interest including inter-personal & communication skills. She \ntakes keen interest in delving into corporate and professional issues and is \nconsulted on various contemporary matters by the Industry. She is also an \nempanelled trainer with ICICI Bank Limited, Mutual Fund Industry, training \npeople in products and processes. She is hugely associated with the financial \nsector, education sector and is an experienced mentor and counsellor to young \nprofessionals & students. She is an Independent Director and Advisor to a \nCompany which is completely into XBRL development and services.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n Ms. Binani has been the Chairperson of \nthe Eastern India Regional Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of \nIndia in 2010. She is the first lady to have held the position, amongst all the \n3 Institutes, namely The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The \nInstitute of Cost Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries \nof India, in the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n She has been conferred with the \n“Bharat Nirman Awards” in the year 2010 for “Excellence in \nProfessional Services” and is the first Company Secretary to have received \nthis prestigious award. She also received the “Tejaswini Award” in \nthe year 2010. She writes for leading journals and magazines on a regular basis \nand contributes articles and papers in various house journals of professional \ninstitutes, on topics of varied interests.
