\n(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
\n(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read
\nwith Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government
\nhereby makes the following amendment, with immediate effect, in Notification
\nNo. 26\/2015-20 dated 11.12.2015 read with Notification No. 73 (RE-
\n2013)\/2009-14 dated 12.03.2014 relating to export of onion.<\/p>\n

\n2 of Notification No. 26 dated 11.12.2015 is amended to read as: <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cExport of onion for the item
\ndescription at Serial Number 51 & 52 of Chapter 7 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS)
\nClassification of Export & Import Items shall be permitted without any Minimum
\nExport Price (MEP). <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nof this notification: <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All varieties of onions as described above can be
\nexported without any Minimum Export Price (MEP).<\/p>\n
